Tapestry was the most important form of artistic expression during the Middle Ages.  Centered in Flanders, tapestries were commissioned by the high society of the time and Flemish manufacturers became world famous.  For more than 40 years Tisserands des Flandres have refined the art of manufacture of tapestry where their workshops use traditional Jacquard looms for exceptional quality weaving.
