Frith is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If your ordered item is not available, we will notify you within 2 business days to advise estimated date of delivery and dispatch, or if you choose we will arrange a refund on the purchase price of the item.

Refund Policy

Please check your order before check out as we only provide refunds if the goods are faulty.  We require notification within 24 hours on faulty goods and they need to be returned in original packaging within 7 days.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

All our products are checked for any faults before they are sent to you, but should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately to let us know.

We will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

We only refund on goods that are faulty or damaged.

If a refund is agreed to, FrithOnLine will reimburse the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the item. Please note, due to the banks, this may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card.

How to Return

  1. You must contact FrithOnLine via email within 48 hours of you receiving the goods to register your return and reason for return.

  1. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of you receiving the goods, to the address provided below, with proof of purchase;
  2. Your original order number should be referenced with any returns;
  3. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. FrithOnLine takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries;
  4. We will dispatch (new) goods once we have received the original goods.
